Which one rework do you personally find to be the best one yet. (In anyway except gameplay)
I personally find the Evelynn rework the best one yet.
Not only it was a general update on who Evelynn is, but it gave us much more than that.
Her lore is pretty well done and doesn't have any nonsense. It's pretty straight forward on who is she and
why she is the way she is.
The VO captures the character perfectly, And I really enjoy the facade theme, yes she looks like a human but
in reality, she is as much a predator as Warwick. And I like what they achieved with the in-game kit.
It revolves around stalking your enemy charming then killing them.
The login theme is just amazing. It captures her character fully, every single second of it.
So who do you think who is the best rework yet¿
They made a little kid that look like a boring bully and turned him into a fun loving kid that wants to be a hero. Also the his voice lines are great since they talk to each other and talk about the jungle camps.
Really like that they shifted him away from an undead creature that suffers and just wants to die. Now he suffers, but he knows that this suffering makes him stronger. This guy became a prophet of an own cult. He is not just a brute, he is intelligent, he is cunning. And he is horrifying in his stories.
ignoring gameplay, I’d definitely say him. His design was kept largely the same only improved in technical aspects. His story kept a lot of the same beats such as defending the world from some old powerful magic, only shifting it from the spell on his back to the runes. And in terms of voice he maintained his grumpy impatient old man personality only developed and explored further.

can count as somewhat of a visual update then it would be him. IMO he looks so much cooler than the old one and the voice lines are some of my favorites in the game. The fact that he has a mix of serious and jokes and sadness some people may hate, but I personally love the fact that he is more than just a 1 emotion character it feels like he is a actual character. Plus the new sword is bad ass and I wish that Varus would get a VGU that incorporated a organ like Rhaast's scythe eyeball and Aatrox's sword heart, makes me think Varus could get some type of a lung on his bow since you need to hold your breath to aim more accurately on a bow
so aesthetic.. the divine sword splash is the single best artwork in this game
Boi went from a zombie gravedigger who wants to honor his family to the last native person still alive in a land of undeath, and his quest to singlehandedly defeat The Black Mist.
got cheated out of a visual update via an ultimate skin. But they did a great job with said visual update.
