@Riot, can we get reworks on the spectral skins for fiddle?

He's literally just paint-canned blue with a slight glow.

Look at it riot, look at it.

I could make that myself in two hours, it's barely worth 100 RP.

If it were a legacy skin, atleast I could understand it being shit, because atleast it would still be limited edition.

But it's not, it's one of the worst non-legacy skins in the game.
