I struggle to think of a non-release model that has aged as poorly as Rumble.

Like I get it: It's supposed to be a junkyard mech that a yordle built to show off. But lord oh man, this goes beyond "stylistically poor" and right into the area of "flat-out ugly".

• Tristy (The mecha's) legs look awkward and shitty, giving him a walk cycle that is overall rather hideous on the eyes.
• The animations are all clunky and pretty bland. Again, stylistic choice for sure but you didn't have to go SO HARD.
• Particles used to be just as bad (Meatball flames) but it got improved so GJ there.
• Rumble himself is like four polygons.
• Rumble does very little in his mech ala Corki. Yes, he's a pilot but it feels like the mecha should be the character, not him.
• The mecha itself looks ugly and bland. Shouldn't it have mismatched colors as it's a cavalcade of parts both old and new?

If Riot wanted to, they should have made Rumble's mecha more functional and powerful. When I think of his title as "Junkyard Titan", I think of a well-functioning machine somehow put together from scrap parts. I think of an unpolished but amazing mecha that can hold its own with parts made from peanut brittle. Rumble's Super Galaxy Skin in terms of walk/movement should be what Rumble's normal skin moves like: Confident, well-put-together but using parts that were taken out of the scrap heap from 20 different places.

Rumble could be so much more. I think his kit is predominantly fine but man does his model need a tuneup.
