Poppy was lookin' like a dumpster baby so she needed the upgrade, but Tristana was pretty fine yet still received one.
Y'know, Riot's really batting 100% in terms of what I expect vs what we get. Well, I'll forever wait on the Lulu update just as I'm waiting for the Kassadin rework.
She still looks fairly good. She's not exactly in need of one desperately like Ezreal was.

That in no way was "fine".
Lulu on the other hand, her base model is pretty bad. Newer skins though (which I use a lot) keep her looking pretty good. She could have an update but isn't really in dire need like some of the other champions out there.
This only looks slightly better.
Problem with this though is that it's splash art.
