So the Warwick teaser showed two people being chased by Warwick. We only see one person but he is VERY distinct. A weapon with relatively long range, raspy voice, and a mask on. This could possibly be the idea that they have about reworking Urgot. Change him to a point before he was split in half.

Urgot was a noxian executioner who was cut in half by garen. He wasnt some thug from zaun.
Also that thug died in the teaser..
No and neither is Urgot the guy Ekko fought.
all this is bs until riot updates Urgot....seriously wtf is taking so long?? looking at the update list Galio is after WW....really? I swear riot give us some info about where you are with Urgot. Thats all I ask for. But if its not far along or we have to wait another year I won't be happy. Or have they Fo ten about him???
