I don't understand why Riot sometimes ignores their mistakes instead of fixing them

Here's a couple of examples:

Dawnchaser Sejuani has been released with a poorly-made splash art, where her anatomy is straight-up wrong (thin right arm unnaturally bent, misplaced right ear, right boob larger than the left one despite the fact it should have been the opposite because of the perspective) and her face (particularly the lower half of it) can only be described as "fugly". aren't most boobs smaller than the other? I thought that was a natural thing, I only see the "unnaturally bent right arm" thing, the fugly face an misplaced ear looks normal to me

I made a thread about them wanting to tweak / edit Dawnbreaker Sejuani's splash, and it had like 50+ upvotes before it was released. Riot ignored it so good luck trying to convince them now.

Because these things are functionally unimportant towards the game being fun and that is what pays the bills (and according to balance and gameplay board they aren't even doing a good job at that)

Run a company of your own someday and see how easy it is to control the minutia of everything on a day to day basis while also putting your heart and soul into the core product. It's impossible. The bigger you get the less control you have. Everyday there is more to do and you couldn't even get what you needed to get done yesterday. It's like steering a giant cruise ship on full blast with no rudder. All you can do is plow forward iceberg or no. Good Analogy: Every Walmart has clean, organized, uniform shelves for you the consumer to look at which is great, but try to look behind the Walmart at the area where they store stuff coming in. Odds are it's a fucking disaster. A disaster which barely comes together at the end of the day, every day.

So no they aren't going to fix a slightly wonky splash art or a dumbass joke animation, because there are orders of magnitudes more important shit to do. AND THEY CANT EVEN DO THAT
