I wish Riot put the same effort into the other regions like Bilgewater

With the release of Pyke, we got a lot of new stuff to celebrate this event. We got the lore update (like the other regions got it), additionally audio lore, alot of missions for extra BE and loot like chests, ward skins....

They even introduced new loot with capsules and the Golden Krakens, brought back a game mode....

So much effort is put into Bilgewater and I love that we can celebrate the new release like that, but why always just put that effort into Bilgewater? They already did that in the past when GP got reworked and now again.

I wish we could get the same stuff the next time we see a champion released or reworked for Zaun, Shadow Isles, Freljord, Shurima.... Please keep doing that, Riot. Serve the fans of other regions equally in the future.

This isn't so much a Story & Art request, as a Publishing/Promo request. You should try to hit up Rioters like DyQuill for questions relating to the amount of content created for specific champions (because honestly, this is all about Pyke, not Bilgewater!) ;-)

FWIW, I am 100% in agreement that we could do more for other regions, and I hope we will in future.

Uhm what game mode did they bring back? The butchers bridge is still regular Aram and the blackmarket brawlers didn't return.

And honestly I think the butchers bridge is the reason why they do this only with Bilgewater,they want to test some new stuff for Aram,so adding a few skins,loot and emotes for that will bring more people to try this out.

Also they likely had some leftovers from last years Bilgewater event(it was mentioned that Tahms bio was lying around half-finished for quite some time now).

And while we did get the audio-dramas,we didn't get a big singular story,like the one about Riven&Yasuo or the comic for Kai'sa,so thats merely the replacement for that.

They still do events of this caliber all the time, it's just not always connected to regions or lore. There was Star Guardian Invasion, with the whole questing and events there, there was the Dark Star Mode, Blood Moon Hunt, PROJECT event mode with capsules and missions, and then there was the Teemoing with DoomBots of Doom, and then there was the big Lunar Revel event this year. There's been tons of events on the caliber of this one, and yeah, while it's not all tied to lore, it's not like Riot is not doing high quality events.

Yes please! That way we feel like there is a story going on when we are playing. I mean I do like the Swain birds around the map. It matches his lore but that’s small compared to a map difference.

If they hadn't done what they did for the Bilgewater event back when they reworked GP, this wouldn't be nearly as good as it is now. Too bad they said they would stop doing those large scope lore events...

I think that part of the reason is because they already had the assets from before, and it is a massive amount of work.

It feels like Bilgewater and to Zaun/Piltover get all the attention while everyone else has to fight over scraps of leftover lore.

And then there's Demacia. RIP Demacia...
