Champion and skin updates

I am trying for some time now to find out. Most of us know champions like taric, poppy or mordekaiser will get a visual update. Some champs like shyvana and brand got their skill particles updated. But what about the other champions? Like Vladimir for example. His legendary skin is like updated a little default Vladimir with new few voice lines. His default skins head looks like onion ice cream and dosent look like splash art. I used him as a example as I play him. And he needs model and particle changes. So does some other champs. What I am trying to find out will they get updates in the future? Because why buy heavily outdated Blood Lord Vladimir if you can buy Soul stealer. As Blood lord has nothing new except model and few sounds. Again I just use Vlad as example there are others too and I cant find any information if they will be updated.

They can only work on a limited amount of champ reworks at a time in this case poppy taRic and Shen, visual rework only are added at the last moment and particle changes such as morde and shiv as well as splash art changes are random and at riot mercy such as the swain splash that is stuck in pbe. Other champ have old kits models and particle like ww, yogic and maybe vlad (though as he got a skin this is unlikely, as getting a skin means they are not going to update anytime soon ala sc eve) and will get updates later riot doesn't have the reasoures or man power to work on too many big rework projects at one time and as many project are cut such potential reworks or even new particles because of bad quality or theme change releaseing info would be too premature witch is why we have the system that we have now of the rework list

shyvana and brand are outdated too the particles of all champions were updated in 2015 for the new map

Thank you, at least few people told me what i wanted to know. Because it would be nice to have a official list o main page where you could look up such stuff. Because skins look much better now than before. New skins look good and sound good to while old while being more expensive are bad. And as you dont have any idea if they will be fixed you ofc buy new ones.

To be fair, Shyvana used the same particle of Sejuani for her W but recolored...

Poppy has got her update already.

Taric is going to be getting an update as well, he's next on the list. Mord is in desperate need of a VU.

Just below them, I feel like Corki is probably the next champ who needs a VU the most to bring him in line with the other Yordles. Probably Kennen as well. After the two fuzzballs, I would say Koggy is in a pretty dire position. His model is awful and bears little resemblance to his splash art. Recently ran across a pretty neat mockup for a Kog'Maw VU, though.
