That's a pretty unique ability. Also theyre fucking adorable.

It seems like the power originally came from the gem, but it's Nunu's now. I think that only Lissandra, Nunu, and ?Anivia? can do it. Though Lissandra's is really dark ice.
Lissandra cant make the ice as far as I know, she needs someone to make true ice so she can use it for herself under her influence :) but its quote interesting that nunu can do that!
