It does. I mean. I cannot think of any skin with such a severe disconnect with the champion as this Dunkmaster Ivern skin. It's just such a completely wrong theme for him.
Hextech skins aren't easily available, so giving it to the champ that already has a bunch of skins is the better choice.

if theyre going to try to release that ugly skin as a gem skin theyre not going to get much reults out of it. It doesnt even look Hextech, it looks like Taric made it.
