You know,you can turn basically any symmetrical sword into a set of scales by changing it the way you did.
for some reason when i first saw kayle sword in the teaser it reminded me of the demacian crest https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/0/04/Demacia_Crest.png/revision/latest?cb=20180116201503 considering according to the map kayle and morgana are either affiliated or residing in demacia kayles sword might be a ancient demacian sword or the sword itself became a symbol for demacia

That image represents both Kayle and Morgana you know. The Sword is for Kayle, the Chain is for Morgana (which is also why part of the image is Dark and another part is Light)
