"Final Boss Veigar" laugh needs a rework/update

While the FB Veigar skin is awesome in almost every way (colour scheme, particle effects, overall design), his laugh is the only thing I miss from his base skin (or other skins rather).

Where the original skin laugh is maniacal, annoying, and shrill, FB laugh is more of a menacing growl.

While it is not bad, it is also doesn't match the animation very well -- we see veigar doign the motions for a crazy laugh with his hands, but all we get is some oddly delayed laugh. Moreover, FB's laugh is almost unnoticeable, which is a shame, because part of the fun of veigar is blasting someone with your ult then hearing an insane yordle cackle. Like I said, first there's a delay, and you only later begin to hear a bit of a sinister laugh, almost under veigar's breath.

I know there was a different voice actor for this one, but perhaps your sound engineers could do a little something to put some "crazy" back into the laugh.

Veigar's laugh, especially for a "Final Boss", should be over the top, among other qualities. Even if you took the original laugh, and lowered the pitch to match, it would be a great improvement.
