When you rework Karma, give her back her fans
Fans are cool, and karma could be made more interesting with them playing a stronger role in regards to her identity

How, exactly, would the fans play a stronger role in regards to her identity? As far as I could imagine, the only thing the fans could tie into for her identity is that the fans belonged to the original Karma, and have been passed down from Karma to Karma for generations, down to the present incarnation - Darha.
But even then, that's still barely worth noting.
It's kinda hard to make an inanimate object tie into someone whose identity doesn't really revolve around it.
Hmm, unpopular opinion, no. Karma doesn't need her fans specially that Umbral Regent said many points about it. But she needs an upgrade to her thematic like that one fan concept where she was a twin dragon familiar.
PS: I wish the fan weapon would belong into a future champ at some point.
