How powerful are Targonians and Ascended compared to Gods/Demigods?

Riot has been vague on "power levels"

This puts the demigods and the ascended on roughly even footing.

The problem is the Aspects. Frankly, their power is all over the place. is still killing people with a spear and shield and fights in the thick of things. Frankly, nothing he does is particularly impressive, and it's worth noting that in the past the space parasite called upon to do its dirty work for him.

And perfectly honest, with just the powers that she has in her original lore short story she is possibly the strongest thing in the setting up until you get to characters like Nagakaborous who are more personifications of concepts of the universe rather than characters. Unrestricted teleportation is really really powerful if you are even halfway clever.

Thankfully, isn't, or isn't allowed to be. She does not use her powers close to the height of their abilities.

I'd say it depends on the Aspect/ Ascended. For example I'd argue being able to handle 's flame but I'm not certain if I'd argue the same for and . Whether Leona would win idk, and we haven't seen enough from Panth to give him a win either.

I'd give the benefit of the doubt since he as claimed to killed demigods in his past and he can manipulate his stature, to grow to the size of the demigods. If attacked him with the Ursine, the Ursine would just be fuel for Aatrox's blood magic now as a Darkin.

While the Darkin are able to kill a demigod it is not an easy fight or even a fight theyre eager to get into.. Long ago Aatrox seemed to have killed a demigod but in their form now theyre nothing but a joke when compared to the Demigods

I have read in story that when a human touched the blade he was trapped in he corrupted him and took control of his body. He then roamed the world finding battles and further empowering and changing his body using blood magic. however was never satisfied and saw his new body as a mockery of his past glory. This makes me wonder what if regained his true form? How powerful would he be then? Also I have a question. Who is more powerful a darkin(in corrupted body or his true form) or a targonian
