Sett' parents
(just a theory) I think Ahri is Sett's mother because their ear is same... And Vladimir is Sett's father because he is a Noxian soldier who had a couple with a vastaya.

I seriously doubt it Neither of them look anything like Sett
We have a picture of Sett's mother and she absolutely does not look like Ahri at all. Even their hair colour is different.
His mom is a wolverine vastaya and there's literally a picture of her in game, she is very clearly not Ahri. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ELwv7NuWoAE96Lx.jpg
And while Vlad traveling to Ionia seems plausible, him being a pit fighter isn't. Remember that Sett's dad left his family to go for bigger gigs in his pit fighting career, Vlad has lived a life of nobility and politics since Noxus' creation.
Also, Vlad and Ahri would definitely, definitely never be together. They're both radically different personality wise and eventually one would kill the other (as we saw with Ahri and her lover in her color story, and Vlad is just an asshole). Plus all you need to do is look at Sett and then look at Ahri and Vlad to know they're not related, none of the features we see on Sett match with Vlad or Ahri (plus I really doubt that Vlad is even fertile at this point, he barely qualifies as human as is).
Vladimir is not a Noxian soldier.
Swing and a miss....like, a really giant ass miss. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
No way, Ahri isn't Sett mother because we have a picture of Sett mother and it's definitely not Ahri.
And she would never make kids with Vladimir.
"In the past, he deigned to join the Noxian noble courts during the most interesting of times, only to fade into seclusion decades later, his extreme age—and the atrocities his sorcery could wreak—a well-kept secret. Even so, under Vladimir’s tutelage, the art of hemomancy has found a place in the military of Noxus, and among scions of the old aristocracy."
