If the frog in Kai'sa's taunt said the actual word "Ribbit" three times, you'd eventually stop using that taunt altogether. If that frog had a bad voice actor and was forced into speaking every time you perform a minor action, you'd have second thoughts about playing Kai'sa in general.

Please. Remember when you reworked Pulsefire Ezreal's voice lines, but still kept him as an over-hyped legendary skin with nothing new? Your excuse to never give him the rework he needed was because you gave him a shit rework, and that was apparently good enough. Don't do the same thing to Willump.
