Just buy whatever you want, lol. People are always going to complain about skins and the champions that receive them. I have my gripes with them but it's honestly not that big a deal.
Riot is a business and businesses have to make money. They get more money from selling skins for popular champions. It's that simple, but some people will always disagree with it.
