Anivia visual tweak when high movement speed

I don't have good video footage, but I've tried to link youtube clips that show what I'm talking about.

BASICALLY, Thresh glides when he gets homeguards (or the current equivalent), whereas Anivia flaps her wings really quickly and looks kinda silly like a chicken. Why doesn't Anivia glide too? There was some talk about her being or not being a part of the mage facelift for June - but could you please give her this quality of life fix? It should still be able to be done using her uber-triangular model...

Anyways, hopefully this isn't buried due to all the backlash about Dominion. This has actually been a "complaint" (? idea? desire?) for some time.
