The Aspect of War

Pantheon's new character archetype now also encompasses the 'god of war' archetype. Compared to his counterparts some people would argue an Aspect of War to be a weak or irrelevant power compared to Zoe Leona Diana Taric.

So what powers could a 'god of war' possess?

  • Often when you think of war, you may think of 2 opposed militaristic forces. So what if the Aspect of War were the only Aspect capable of possessing 'multiple vessels' essentially allowing him to command an army of enhanced soldiers, armed with starstone weapons.

  • Starstone weapons are also an interesting point, imagine the magical properties that starstone might possess. What if Pantheon were able to control the celestial energy in his weapons, allowing him to shape shift them. Essentially he'd have access to any and every weapon in existence without having to carry multiple around.

These could go together or work as separate ideas, let me hear your ideas for powers a 'god of war' character could possess?

Personally, I don't think they'll go for the 'shape-shifting weapon' thing, if only because he's pretty heavily established to be a spear-and-shield-wielder. I DO, however, agree with the idea of Pantheon being able to raise an army. Rather than just possessing multiple vessels, though (which is already kind of established in Sol's story), I think they should just give Pantheon Aatrox's old in-lore ability of being able to "inspire" soldiers around him to fight harder with his mere presence.

He could get Aatroxs' old lore powers.

Bolstering the will of soldiers on the field at the moment they need to make a push or hold the line.

You mean BOI?

I see him as the opposite of Taric. Taric being the ultimate shield and Pantheon the ultimate spear.
