Void Origin? Unanswered.

Just a short question. https://www.itzlambo.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/void-an-unknowable-power.jpg After reading the stories on Void (https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_AU/region/void/), I've got really confuse as to the origin of Void itself. Before the update on it's lore, most of us perceive it as this hellish other worldly dimension that try to break into this universe. Beings from the void used to enter to this realm thru dimensional rifts such as portals or gate ways. But in this lore update it seems more Runeterran based, the source of void seems more like it's coming from some abyss/cracks deep within the earth itself. Voidborn are no longer walking out of rifts nor portal, instead they ripped thru the ground violently. So is the Void another dimension or is it something deep within Runeterra itself? Or both? :O

In my opinion I really like this new lore, it gives void much more refreshing characteristic (ironically) though it had become a bit more vague as to what it is.

do share ya thoughts below :)

The Void was born with the universe. Anyway there exist numerous rifts in Runeterra and most of them happen to be in hidden places and deep caves/abysses.

That's all for now.

I think it's sort of like the layers of hell. They're not technically underground, and they're on a completely different plane, but if you dig deep enough you can reach it.

There are many entrances in the deep places all over Runeterra. The void itself is not below Runeterra, that’s just where the many doorways are.

In the very old lore it mentioned The Void was a result of a long forgotten war, remnants of a weapon so horrific it well, created the Void, and uncontrollable dimension of horrific hell like nature.

The way they rewrote this was quite clever. The Void was used in this way but the Void already existed. The Void has existed since the universe's creation. Think of it as a partner dimension, much like the Negative Zone of Marvel, both are their own matter, beings and such alike but in this case, the 'matter' and beings are beyond comprehesion, formless and twisted, corrupting things when it gets out.

The whole under the ground thing is one instance, a rift opened below the village and it collapsed into some cave system. If a rift were to open in the ground it would go no where as the matter/beings coming out can't go any further (it's mentioned in the images that the growth will stop without organic matter or magic to sustain it). In the Icathia story, the mages opened a rift above ground, in Sol's story he closed one in a valley and destroyed vast area to close it, below the sea an opening to it exists in the deep (the moonstone pushes it's growth back).

My guess would be it can open anywhere but Runeterra's connection to unstable and power magic causes the chance of openings to increase far higher than most other worlds which have none.

Something created , Void , Aurelion sol , the universe itself ! more than once it is referred to as "Breath of creation" so its either an entity, or a force, both or neither, if that makes any sense (here we entire the philosophy of creator god and such).
