What champion has the WORST skins?

I'm gonna say Kennen. Half of his skins combined would just compose one chroma pack, and all of his skins COMBINED have a grand total of two new particles, sounds, or animations: both Kennen M.D. and Arctic Ops Kennen have a new model for the shuriken thrown by his Q.

Lissandra doesn't have MANY skins, but they're both pretty awesome ones.

While I don't like any of or skins, I'd really have to give the worst skins situation to one of the older champs like or .

Still only has his release skins and none of them are that good, especially for the price.

Lissandra only has 2 other skins besides her base, but I do really like her Blade Queen skin. It's my favorite. :3

Ezreal. His ultimate is the only good one.

I don't really have an opinion on worst skins, but FYI, Kennen hasn't gotten a skin since 2011 and Nocturne and Swain haven't gotten one since 2012.

He has so much potential. His passive and whole thematics scream of Dark Souls, he could easily get a badass skin which would make him look like a torn apart knight with striped cape who becomes a "rotten" (or hollowed, if you compare it to DS games) version of himself whenever he dies and goes on his passive. umm nobody said AMUMU he has the worst skins vancouver amumu is the shitiest skin in game,and there are also pharaoh or hitler amumu....EMO amumu is bald in the back and too has no effects...poor amumu

All of her skins except Dragon Sorceress are ugly, the colors and models are just disgusting specially the infernal one, which I found truly horrible, they didn't change her since her rework, her SKT skin is really meh and her base colors are also truly meh, she has 4 skins and 3 of them are garbage, even haunted Zyra, only the plants and her recall is good, her model tho....Eww.. Combined with her weird awkward walking animation, it's a shame. And we have to wait 2-3 years for another skin...

I have every Evelynn skin except Safecracker because it's absolutely disgustingly ugly.... the other skins are just ugly. Riot needs a Christmas skin, it's so obvious.

Diana and Sivir probably have the worst skins........ Sivir, Nidalee and Lux all share the title of worst splash arts.

All his skins are pre-rework. And they're all horrendous.

and for sure. TF has two that are alright, but he also has a ton that just flat out suck.

It the worst because it could be so much better Riot just VU her already heck make it a double and VU her sister too.

Just to be clear all of her skin are great it the feeling/knowing that it isn't meeting it potential is what makes it the worst.
