Viridian Kayle missing golden chest plate texture

I was planning on whether to buy this skin but the golden chest plate seems to be missing from this vid

Was this on just PBE or is it still plain on live? The Chromas have the chest plate texture so I’m guessing they forgot to add it live.

still hasn’t been fixed on the skin spotlight

Those aren't done by Riot. If something in them that doesn't mean its not on live servers.
