That seems to be all of them. As a note, the distinction between different Vastaya is akin to the differences in dog breeds. I won't list the different tribes because their differences are, to them, only as much as the differences humans see in each other.

Second note: it has been brought to my attention with proof from Riot writers that both **Ivern and Aurelion Sol **are in fact demigods.

Galio, Blitzcrank, Shaco, and Orianna are all Golems of various types.
Kindred is closer to an Avatar than a spirit, which is good, as it lets you put "Spirit" and "Undead" into the same category, which more accurately catches things like Kalista and Hecarim, in my opinion.
Ivern is a weird thing sort of on his own.
Kayle and Morgana are both ???? for now, until a lore rework.
Brand is an elemental, I believe.
Nocturne is a demon, but not necessarily in the same way as the other demons?
Willump is a Yeti.
Rammus is a ?demigod? with extra ?.
Warwick is a mutated entity that probably no longer counts as human. Same with Mundo.
Skarner is a Brackern.

Maokai is a spirit inhabiting a plant. Zyra is an actual plant. Galio, as a magical construct, is a golem.

Other than that it looks like you got everything.

Maokai is actually a nature spirit turned into a treant.

A good example of sentient plant would be Zyra .

I would like to see the different types of demons though. Like i grew fascinated when they expanded upon it more after Tahm Kench. Swain, eve, and now Nocturne. They are shaped from humanity(Although swain just has a demon arm) and without humanity they can't survive. Yet, they need to be sustained by harming humans.

Eitherway I'm not really sure if "celestial" is really a race,it might simply refer to anything space releated. I mean bard is a celestial spirit,while Aurelion doesn't seem to be a spirit,making them part of 2 unrelated races even though both of them are celestials

Where does Fiddlesticks fall into golem? spirit?
