23 CHAMPS OVER 1000 DAYS W/O A NEW SKIN (Not counting Esports) (June 2019)
It's been two months and I need to update the list. And it's gotten worse:

Normally I count Esports skins in the list, just to give some leeway to some champs, but since some people complain that Epsorts skins don't/shouldn't count, I've made an exception for this list.
As always:
- This is just for review and data.
- Certain champs in the process of reworks (like Fidd and Voli now) are most likely not eligable for skins during their process, but that doesn't eliminate other champs that might need reworks from getting skins early though, like Fiddle back in November.
- Recently reworked champs (like Mord today) and VGU's DO NOT count as getting new skins! Those are pre-existing skins that got updated in appearance, but don't change the number of skins the champ already has.
