So as the map came out Kayle and Morg are listed under Demacia... It was hinted that they were from Targon then from shurima by Aattrox and now Demacia ¿ Your opinions and ideas ¿

I'm starting to think that after Nunu we'll get their rework.

Their background is starting to be too set in stone for them to be left as they are.

This confused the heck out of me as well.

Then again, Kayle did reside in Demacia in her old lore.

This, however, doesn't explain why Morgana is there.
