@Riot Legendary skin for Karthus's Birthday Rito pls?

So June 12 marks the 9th anniversary of the release of my one and only main, Karthus. Last year I did a thing where I made board posts about Karthus in the first 12 days called "The 12 Days of Karthus", and while I'm not going to do that this year, I've got something else in mind. That being said I do have one request from Riot if they'd be so kind to hear me out here. I really feel like Karthus DESERVES a legendary skin for his birthday (err.. Death-day?) this year!

• He's one of the oldest champions in the game and yet he doesn't even have a 1350 skin to show for it!

• It's been almost a year and a half since his last skin was released (Lightsbane - Nov 17 of '16)

• He's honestly in a pretty good spot right now, and a new skin could potentially increase his popularity

I just want to see something cool for the champ I play pretty much Exclusively. It would feel really good as a Karthus main
