New Run Animation for Alistar

- could use something that makes her more graceful and swift (she's literally a fox) - drunken run would be hilarious

Naruto theme immediately played in my head xD. Speedboosts only for sure it's a bit too silly for a homeguard anim.

I really wish other champs got new walking animations...

(He looks like he's almost going to duck, because his back is half bent down and not walking straight) (Make him walk, not float when he's Passive Shield is down) (He just shakes himself when he moves and it looks weird)

So is Miss fortune getting one as well?

I like the positioning of his head. Maybe if he had normal arm movements along this this kind of charging effect if that can work.
