This skin came out while I was deployed and boy, do I want it. Just wondering if there's still a way to get it, or if it's gone forever?

The skin will be available again during Chinese new year, meaning in February 2019. So, if you aren't lucky and get a skin shard in a chest, you unfortunately have to wait til next year to get it.
Next Lunar Revel or as a random skin shard from lootboxes.
Late January to early February of 2019 is the only way to directly purchase it. Otherwise, it can be gotten from Mystery Gifts, Chests, ect at random.
Pretty sure the exclusive chromas are gone forever.
