Diana isn't receiving the considerations she deserves as the Scion of the Moon

I'll be honest, I've always felt received a somewhat underwhelming Bloodmoon skin.

It's the standard 1350 tier despite her being the only champ who's very identity is intricately tied to that giant dust ball in the sky.

In my opinion, Bloodmoon was a missed opportunity to give something special.

Now we have her sun based arch rival, Leona: The Radiant Dawn, getting a Legendary tier moon based skin.
