@Riot, based on the player opinions that I've been reading, your narrative department isn't working

Sadly, you guys decided to retcon Runeterra. Fair enough, as much as I dislike this change, I'll support Riot's decision to retcon its lore... provided they actually provide the alternative to the lore they are retconning, which they don't seem to be.

For some reason, Riot hasn't completed its retcon. Something this big should have happened big and fast, and would have been over and dealt with as soon as possible.

For some reason Riot seems like it doesn't want to provide the resources to do this properly for its game.

What's the problem. How long until you guys solve the issue with lore on the in-game client vs the website?

Seriously, what is the narrative team working on?!
