Can you Fix Bandit Sivir?

Since her new model her Bandit skin has had the shoulder spike clipping through the hair. It clips constantly as she runs and it really takes a lot away from the skin, so much so that it went from the skin I used every match to a skin I have used twice since the model change.

Could the spike be removed or reduced in size on the model to prevent this clipping with her hair?
