Concept : Icon Border Selector

Hello !

I'm a big fan of the icon borders created to reward every 25 levels but... we only get to keep them every 25 levels. It doesn't quite feel like we win them, we just get them for a period of time. So here is my suggestion, which makes it possible to actually select the border you want among the one you unlocked previously, including your current rank armor.
