So... are we getting a new ultimate skin this year? If so, when?

Everybody just seems to have kinda forgot ultimate skins even existed ever since the release of GG Miss Fortune who was barely worth the title "ultimate skin". I also remember seeing things like "getting ideas for new unique features for ultimates is getting rough" last year at the same period, so will this keep us from having an actual ultimate skin this year? We are long overdue for a male ultimate skin and it would be quite disappointing if we don't get one in the next 9 months or so because of whatever reason.
