Top lane was wide open to complete the Ultimate Skin roster. SO WHAT DOES RIOT DO!?!?!

League's Next Ultimate Skin: Gun Goddess Miss Fortune

Gives an ultimate to another ADC! One that just got another skin roughly 6 or so months ago!

...I seriously don't understand Riot's thought process at this point. It's already painful enough that top lane still isn't getting any attention to good balance in a long time, as well as still waiting for the bruiser keystone (which now has been a 3rd of a year waiting for it), but having an Ultimate be given to yet another ADC and not a top laner is just a kick in the nuts.

I was just coming to terms with MF getting this skin, thinking it was a legendary. "Fine, she's an old champ, kind of popular, I guess giving her one more skin, being a legendary, wouldn't hurt if she doesn't get more in a while." AND THEN THIS MORNING I FIND IT TO BE THE NEXT ULTIMATE! WOW!

On top of this, people are already pissed about it:

Sona could change the in-game music, Lux had her chroma set and Ezreal had unique evolving visuals. Udyr had 4 visually appealing stances on the fly and MF has...4 chromas. - LightTrack

FFS, Shen could of been perfect for the next Ultimate and crossed off the list for champs who've gone without a skin in quite some time (1747 days), he's fairly popular, a pretty old champ as well, it would of worked and made so many people happy. NOPE! Riot says "Fuck you" to top laners yet again and gives it to MF, because it's not like she has enough skins already (11 total if you include this upcoming skin of hers)!

This wouldn't annoy me so much if her ultimate looks like it was of Ultimate quality...

From what we've seen, it's not. I feel like they could have just made it a legendary skin and simply have made Chromas out of the "form" changes, because the changes look very minimal.

1st off Riot have already stated that ultimate skins aren't tied to what other skins are released and are made based a concept that fits a certain champ. People cried last time due to lux getting the ultimate 10 skins in 1 despite the many skins she already have yet here we are, the elementalist concept fitted lux so that's that.

The skin department thought of the "exosuit"concept and it changing forms and saw MF fitting the criteria thus it was made for her.

2nd HER VFX AREN'T EVEN OUT YET WHAT IS EVERYONE CRYING FOR?!

If you're so in love with the idea of Shen getting an ultimate skin, tell me what it would be. In detail. How it would change, what its changes would be, everything. You're allowed to be upset, we all have our own opinions, but just because your favorite champ, or whatever Shen is to you, didn't get the ultimate skin doesn't mean Riot didn't put in work. As it turns out, people can't just crank out idea after idea. You want them to give you your shen ultimate? Come up with ideas rather than talking about how it's unfair that Shen didn't get an ultimate skin. Be constructive instead of expecting Riot to know exactly what you want and cater to that and getting upset when that inevitably doesn't happen.

Think of it from a business standpoint.

Do we pool resources to make a really sweet Shen skin for his 15 players, or do we pool the same amount of resources to make a skin for MF, which will sell a lot more and in turn make them more profits.

I'm not saying she deserves it, but I am pointing out the obvious flaw..Look at popularity of champions, recent skin release trends, and then tell me that its realistic that someone as unpopular as Shen will get a skin which needs to sell in order for it to be worth the funding gone into development and teasers.

If im honest I cant think of a SINGLE top lane champion that deserves an ultimate skin. Because I cant think of a single top-lane champion that has a massive following. You have a couple mains on here of various top lane champions. But there are no champions that survive no matter the meta. Like some picks in other roles. Remember Ultimate skins HAVE to be popular champions because thats A LOT of money, why would Riot just throw money down the drain to make the 10 Morde mains on here happy? Or the 3 Shen mains? Sure one for Morde/Yorick/Urgot would be NICE and probably COOL but its not realistic.
