Can we have icons with champions?

I dont know if someone else posted that idea here but anyway I will try my chance to see if people want that. So I was thinking if we can have icons with the champions that u have lvl 7 For example if I will make lvl 7 on A certain champion , to receive a icon with him. If I have lvl 7 on Olaf , Ahri , Pantheon and Vayne (for example) to receive a icon with each one.
