Taric confirmed for Targon?

I didn't see any rioter confirming this at any point, but when I was looking through Aurelion Sol's quotes, I noticed his taunt toward poor Taric called him an aspect. Since they called Diana, Leona, and Panth an aspect as well, I guess Taric got taken over by the celestial god of being truly outrageous.
