So according to the Universe site, Vastaya have naturally long lifespans.

In addition to their animal-human forms, vastaya are notable for their extremely long lives. Some have been known to live for thousands of years, while others claim to be immortal.

But do we have any information about the ages of the individual Vastayan champions? Ahri Nami Xayah Rakan Rengar MonkeyKing?

Nami is specifically described as "young" in her bio. But she could be hundreds of years old and still be young by Vastayan standards. I hope this is not the case but that detracts from the inexperience and naivety integral to her story.

Rengar was a kitten when he was adopted by the human hunter Markon. His bio gives no indication that Markon has died, so Rengar is likely the age of a human adult, making him extremely young for a Vastaya.

Xayah acts and sounds like a teenager, and seems to have a very narrow view on human life. I can not reconcile this attitude with someone who has witnesses multiple human generations come and go.

Additionally, do we think that the long lives of Vastaya are something inherent to their biology or simply a side effect of most Vastaya living in magical hotspots? A Vastaya might have a normal human lifespan if they were raised in a non-magical environment. Or they might just die, if we believe Xayah.

Does anyone have any insights into the ages of our individual Vastayan champions?

Xayah and Rakan were confirmed to be in their twenties. I doubt Rengar is any older than you speculate since Kha' zix would need to be a recent thing otherwise he would be OP by now, also I want Markon as a champ, the older Rengar gets the slimmer chances of him even appearing in the lore again becomes, far less becoming a champ.

Ahri is probably quite old. And I think Rengar is in his 30's. He just seems mature.

Age based on lore: Ahri (Ahri) - 45, Nami (Nami) - 17(About), Xayah (Xayah) & Rakan (Rakan) - 35(About), Rengar (Rengar) - 50+(Young for the tribe elder btw), & MonkeyKing (Wukong) - 25. This is just based on lore but Ahri could be way older, Rakan and Xayah could be way younger and so on.
