Who do you think is the main character of League of Legends?
If there was ever a movie or TV/book series based on League and the story had to focus in on one character's point of view, who do you think it would be and why?

Ryze. He has a reason to be in just about any part of the world, struggles against Runeterra's greatest threat (i.e. a new Rune War), and is immortal but still can be related to. It doesn't hurt that he's also named after one of Riot Games' founders :P

He's just a normal soldier trying to survive in a world of titans.
Depends on which story you want to tell. The thing about League's lore that's great is that there's stories at every corner of Runeterra, and most are at least somewhat interesting. You could tell the story of Azir and Xerath's war for the throne of Shurima, or the inevitable conflict between Noxus and Demacia. You could talk about Ionia; The three-way war that's brewing between the kinkou, the Vastaya and the Order of Shadows. You could tell a Sherlock-style mystery with Caitlyn and Vi hunting down Jhin, or have a brutal revenge drama between Vi and Jinx.
I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
My two choices for a protagonist - assuming we're doing a story about all of Runeterra instead of any one place in particular - are

. Ryze is at the center of the biggest conflict on Runeterra, and is out to prevent it from happening again. He wanders the world searching for Runes, which lets him run into huge areas of conflict all across the world (thus letting us SEE all of them) and the fact that he WANTS to connect with humanity but can't is a good source of both character relations and conflict, both external and internal. He also has good reason to be just about anywhere in the world, so long as you say 'there's a rune here'. Example: 
's specifically stated to have a fire rune in her body, but with Demacia's distrust of magic they'd likely side with the king's companion over the travelling mage so magical his skin turned purple.
Taliyah's entire story reads like a world-travelling adventure story, or like the backstory to an adventure character. She went from Shurima to Ionia to the Freljord and all the way back to Shurima just to learn how to control her powerful abilities. Her family has been taken into what she thinks is slavery, and she's definitely going to get into conflict with 
. She'll be at the center to this conflict between the ascended, and 
implied he knew a lot about her abilities. Someone at the center of so many conflicts/areas in Runeterra is ripe for exploration.

Ezreal is clearly the main protagonist from League's perspective , if you look at the characters as more generalized and go further than League then its Sun Wukong, the Monkey King
Well is the generic mmorpg adventurer that explores everything so i guess its him

Although riot would probably go with ryze, would make a better story. She's nomadic, so although she's from shurima she travels to other areas of runeterra, so we could see the different events from different regions take place. Her viewpoint is basically the same of any "good guy" in the game.
I think there can be a bit more interpretation to this. As a stand alone single character is more than likely to be selected mainly due to him being an explorer, though this could also head to since she's a nomad and has traveled the world. Some have also mentioned but I don't find this one too certain since he mostly avoids other contact with people and might not make the best of stories if he doesn't try to interact.
However, to my perspective, League is almost like Game of Thrones in the sense that there are so many characters and plot lines happening that you can't simply have one protagonist. There would have to be multiple characters for each faction/region if it were to work. Picks for these regions could be

She one of the unambiguous good guys of the Piltover/Zaun story, but she still has a dark and secret past. She's not as annoying as Jayce, nor as professional as Caitlyn, and has personal ties to Jinx. I think she would make a very interesting main character.
It would have to be ryze or zilean. I feel like they'd be the type of people to chronicle all the things in time (more-so zilean, but I feel like it also fits ryze somehow), so it would make sense to hear about everything through their stories.
No one. (Hopefully they never make a league movie) if there was a comic or book they would hopefully follow events instead of individual champs, so instead of just focusing on ezreal and putting him in places he doesnt feel right in, they would instead follow the battle for shurima and then Noxian invasion of ionia. However if they do choose a main character it would probably be ryze due it being easy to just put a world rune wherever a writer would want ryze to be in.

is really the only one to make sense. He is the only one who really understands the big picture. Following someone like or would be cool and definitely could be a good adventure story but to be able to truly tell the story of Runeterra it has to be Ryze or he at least will be a major supporting character in the story.
Possible Protagonists IMO:
