SG Rakan's border covering up his hand+feather should be fixed. (+other skins with borders)

As you see in the pictures of the attached link, (not sure if it's showing up properly, but) SG Rakan's border covers up his hand and feather, which I think is a big part of the splash art(loading screen).

I know that some other skins with borders have similar problems as well.

Personally, I like the borders, they are limited and they show that you are really a fan or a passionate player of the champion. I also think they look awesome as well, so I am willing to pay extra for them.

But like this case, I think most of them have positioning issues. I think it would be better if they can show the whole illustration of the splash art, and be placed at the very below and edge, not in the middle of the beautiful illustrations. 'Border' is supposed to be on the very edge of things, right?

I purchased the border set for SG Rakan without hesitation, because I really like how the border looked from the review video I watched on Youtube, but then, I found out on the practice mode that I played to see how my new skin looked that the border covers up his hand and him pointing out his feather. It was a bundle, so I can't even refund this even though I have not played any normal or ranked game with it. Feels bad.

I know that it is partially my fault for not checking carefully before my purchase. But when you shop, you can't really see the full splash art and how the border would look on the loading screen. Also, like I mentioned, I think some other skins with borders have this issue as well, and I think it is such a big loss for the awesome splash art. I wouldn't have bought the border edition if I knew that SG Rakan's hand would be covered up by the border.

I know that some other people on different communities feel the similar way I do with borders for skins, so I want to hear what other League players think and if Riot should be / is willing to make this better.

What I am suggesting is,

1. Change the place the border on the middle of the splash art, to the edge and the very below of the illustration.

2. At least, let the players be able to choose if they want to wear the border or not, like chromas. I don't understand why there isn't a on/off option for the borders. Sometimes people who even like the border for their skins can get bored and want to see the whole splash art.

What do you guys think? Any thoughts or suggestions?
