Mecha Vel'Koz would be too similar to Battlecast
If the new champ is named Purra, I will laugh so hard.
Maybe it's Puura.
Also, Elderwood LeBlanc would contradict Coven LeBlanc so pretty sure it's fake.
A lot of these "feel right" but to a doubtful degree The riot logo makes it fishy more than anything, like why would a complete list look like a piece-of-paper jpg with an official logo o it? It's as if whoever made up this thing placed it with an intent to fool people into thinking it's legit or sth.
Many of the candidates are
- naturally likely/ already confirmed (prestige K/DA Evelynn) or
- fan requests that are safe to bet on (SG Sona, Annie, Zoe)
Battle academia Jayce has been on PBE before this list surfaced, not that to add a thematically similar champ like Ekko and an overall popular champ that no one would question like Kata.
Demon Tris has already been confirmed to be the winner of the poll and Demon Shaco is a fan concept wanted for years, coud be fishing for favoritism and acceptance.
Mecha Vel'Koz is too similar to Battlecast, The oriana skin makes me scratch my head for how her abilities would work and Mecha Taliyah.... rly? Since when did we go full humanoid anime mechas in the skinline?
The ONLY this this has going for imo is Purra, assumable to be the name of the new champ that has yet to be revealed, but this could easily be the work of someone who works at Riot, heard the name and fabricated the rest.
Either that or i'm totally wrong and we're getting every last one of these who knows [sg-miss-fortune]

There's no way Star Guardians and Arcade wouldn't have prestige editions. Mecha Vel'Koz would be awful, he already has battlecast.

Yeah whoever created this ''LEAK'' have a really limited imagination I am laughing so hard on the lack of legitimacy in this leak I mean I know they said in the roadmap ''it's gonna a purrfect opportunity'' as some sort of tease, so the new champion is named Purra ?? are you freaking kidding me ?? which 11 year old made this up ?
Doubt it. There's always "leaks" that appear when we get closer to the new stuff, especially champions, and most of them have been easily fake immediately. We know Jayce is real due to the fact it popped up on the PBE but then there's things on here that point to obvious WANTS from the person theat wrote this.
The fact that LeBlanc already has an Elderwood skin means it's VERY unlikely that she'll see a Coven skin as they both exist within the Eclipse universe. Plus the addition of Morgana and Syndra are two that people have been recently talking about as potential candidates that could appear in the line, so it's unlikely they would happen that fast.
The Swan Princess Orianna, just make me go "WHAT?" I mean I get the Swan-lake/Princess thing but really? Feel like that were added here cause the person just really likes that theme. There's also that Raven Cadenza Jhin? Just WHAT? That doesn't even sound like a thing.
They also listed K/DA Eve Prestige Edition alongside the Star Guardians, as if it were coming when those come out. That's also unlikely since Star Guardians are usually later on in the year and they said Ahri (as we already have) and Eve's Prestige skins would launch early in the year. So in the next patch or two we should see Eve, and I really doubt the Guardians will arrive that soon.
Things like Udyr or Taliyah in the Mecha theme, looks like a joke cause some people were mad that A. Sol got a Mecha theme so they are trying to put other champs here they feel don't fit. Where this is really off there, cause Sol's works, but neither of these would. Vel'koz I doubt as well cause he has a Battlecast and those are in the same universe.
Demon Shaco, a long time fan wanted skin, along with Star Guardian Sona. Just feel like they were added cause people have wanted them for awhile.
Other random theme names like Witch Hunter.

Some notable steaming piles are Bewitching Lux, since, ya know, she's already got a witch inspired skin; the so called Witch Hunter skins, which are so far removed from festive Halloween skins that's it laughable. Plus, Soulstealer Kayne is pretty much directly inspired by puritans and witch hunters; Coven LeBlanc, since their motif is ravens, this is pretty much Ravenborn LeBlanc 2.0.
This is nothing but sensationalized tabloid shit to capitalize on a few real leaks (like the Battle Academia Jayce) and try to seem authentic. Plus, "Purra," who I'm assuming they believe is the new enchanter champion. Who hasn't been revealed, or hell, gendered at this point.
Star Guardian Sona is believable but leak is probably fake:
This is absolutely fake. I made it for fun and posted it on a certain Disqus channel for the laughs and I have no clue why it suddenly spread all over the internet. It's a joke. I thought the Mecha skins would give it away, but apparently not.
I like the sound of that Jhin skin, though I feel like raven/dove is better than raven/swan. Orianna also isn't exactly the most... Graceful when it comes to animations, as she is a robot, so I feel she lacks the grace of a swan. Though she has a bit of a ballet touch, so I suppose swan would fit her in that aspect. Like a Swan Lake thing.

Mecha Taliyah is definitely not gonna happen, so this is most likely fake.
Project Jinx was the skin that convinced me that this is fake.
I mean not only would this be Jinxs second legendary skin(which is possible as seen with Darius, but I'd say it is very unlikely), but her personality clashes a lot with the project theme and not in a good way. After all the project skin line is all about high tech and it is the smooth and clean version of high tech(even if its not covered in white like the program skins) and that just doesn't mesh with Jinxs personality at all(and I doubt that they'd give Jinxs personality a complete makeover for this skin).
Granted Jinx also clashes with the theme of the star guardians, but star guardian was only really defined once the Lux team was completed(which included Jinx), so the star guardian skin-line was already set up with Jinx in mind.
I mean I can understand what would be some inconsistantcy, but maybe riot has done it purposefully. Maybe half if even a quarter of this skins are actually gonna be released and the rest is just added as fodder for people to believe their all fake. But really I am just hoping this Project Jinx skin is legit. 
And yes the elephant in the room, Purra. New champ I hope.
