God Fist Lee Sins's Special Interactions

Hello my name is sean and ive been playing lee for quite a while now, this champ is super fun and amazing to play with, when i discovered awhile back that rito released a cool skin like god fist i bought it imidiatly..when i looked the skin up in youtube i found out that theres special interactions to champions and to moments like penta and stuff i tried it out a while back it didnt work and so i asumed that there was a bug so i just waited and full on half a year later and im trying the taunts and special interacions on champions and theres none almost none of the special interactions in the youtube video that was released is no where to be found in game can someone explain to me why is this a thing for rito to releas a skin and special interacions but no one of those interacions appear in game?? what the cappa..Ofc theres some like waste not a minute but thats nothing special wheres the "your gods have a bandened you" to illaoi shen rengar master yi syndra all those champions .....
