Do you think Jarvan needs a VU?
I know other champs like 
need a VU more than Jarvan, but do you think he should be included on the list? I don't really like any of his animations. They don't feel smooth at all to me.

He should get an update somewhere between Ezreal and Warwick tier. A new model some VFX for some of his older skins and a slightly revamped kit.
He wouldn't need a lot of kit changes.
What erks me about Jarvan is he doesn't strike any pose when he ults. He just jumps into people like a stiff Lego man
He technically already got a lore VU. His new look has already been shown on the Universe site.
Just a matter of time when he gets a VU in the game.
I want his armor to be a bit more Demacian.

If I could add one thing to his design.. maybe facial hair.
I think he could do with just a general model update, in the same way they did with Singed. The other champions you mentioned however, could probally do with an Ezreal-tier Vgu if not a full VGU
yes, hes ugly and looks nothing like a demacian, or a prince.
With all the Demacia lore updates coming, I'm thinking he should get an Akali-style lore update, where his rework moves his story forward (likely with him becoming king of Demacia).
And I have expressed my distaste for a lot of the writing in Akali's rework; by Akali-style, I mean a rework that keeps the champions previous role in lore, but makes that the past; reworked Jarvan is current Jarvan.
Didn't he just get a VU (albeit to his abilities) a while ago?
