I would buy a volibear egypt skin. He's my favourite champ and I think it would look really cool to give him a green fur osiris skin. You know how osiris on his third resurrection gained green skin? Basically turn him from blue to green and give him some gold egypt ornaments I think it would be pretty epic, would buy 100 percent XD
I could see him getting a Guardian of the Sand skin, if that's what you mean.
Remember that Egypt isn't a place in Runeterra, that isn't to say that Riot hasn't done skins based on real world regions, but I think they would prefer to stay away from that. It wouldn't be a stretch to re-style him as a Suriman or an Ascendant.
Also, he is currently getting a total VGU so he might look different enough that this wouldn't work as well, or maybe would work better.
