Does Aurelion have brothers

“We celestial dragons live and die by our own will” keyword “we”, so does he have brothers and if he does could he call them some how? I’d like to see another dragon in league.

It was noted that Aurelion was suppose to have several sisters in one of his old drafts for his lore, other dragons that controlled Gravity or Time and stuff. This was left in the air by a Rioter, but Swain heavily implies this with "What's this about...siblings?" quote for Aurelion.

Meanwhile, it is however noted in Aurelion's lore that he was forced to fight many other celestial beings considered a threat by Targon, most of which he'd known since birth, maybe these are his siblings?

Swain: "What is this about...Siblings?" - Swain, upon collecting the Soul Fragment of a slain Aurelion Sol.

There are implications of him having Celestial relatives.

Riot toyed with the idea of him having sisters who would be wielding powers over gravity and dark matter but they scrapped it.

We toyed with the idea very early on that Aurelion Sol had "sisters" out in the cosmos, with their own unique talents. Aurelion's was stars whereas "gravity" or "dark matter" would be another's. This idea became what's known as an "artifact" during the development process, in which it means it fell away from being part of the champ's story. Regardless, there is only one star-forging dragon. There are other celestial entities, but whether or not they are dragons has yet to be seen. Most likely, though, not.

In Shyvana's previous lore, there were numerous Celestial Dragons but that lore is no longer canon.

We can assume that Aurelion Sol isn't the only one of his kind, but that begs the question: How come we haven't seen any other Celestial Dragons?

One thing to keep in mind, Aurelion Sol has many quotes in game that suggest he can't actually die:

"The brightest stars shine on long after they're gone."

"Ah, the joys of lesser organisms rising up to slay their betters! If only they were aware of the impermanence of being... or the permanence of me."

And upon respawning:

"Stars never fall."

"Because I am a star dragon. That's why."

"It's not a comeback if one was never truly gone."

"Energy never dies."

This has led me to believe that when Aurelion Sol "dies", he turns into a constellation (as we see in-game) that will then later transform into another Aurelion Sol.

By "we", he could possibly be referring to past, present and future incarnations of himself.

This would fit with how he says "we live and die by our own will", since Aurelion Sol can seemingly choose himself if wants to die or not.

This would also explain how he could live for thousands, if not millions of years, assuming Celestial Dragons don't have extremely long life spans.

The only answer to your question that I can give is: Maybe.

Maybe the "stone" that Bard saved on top of the mountain was a Celestial Dragon egg? Who knows?

He doesn't have siblings or any of his kind anymore... He used to at some point. But as his lines say, he's the last of his kind
