Can we fix Veigars IG model?

I hate the little bastard, but he needs to not run like he is a balloon. Like he is clearly based off the dark mage from ff, my guess, but can we make him more lively and realistic? I have never enjoyed playing him simply for the fact him in game model is so odd and unpleasant.
