Rivalry Comparison

Hey guys, so why do people usually compare talon with quinn? What exactly makes them similar aside from being rivals? Don't tell me yall pulling a garen x kat type thing here now too. I see Talon and Quinn both kill people practically every day so it seems in their lore.
