Especially when a legendary or an ultimate skin gets released for a champion that have an outdated VO or when you hire a voice actor that already voiced a champion prior to their current recording. By the way, we're still waiting for the VO updates of Alistar, Fiora, Miss Fortune and Shen, since they got updated without new VO.

deserves to get an huge VO upgrade. He is literally an herald who's theme turns around talking people into the glorious evolution, and yet he is one of the champions with the least number of voice lines...
Expanding his roster of quotes would add so much into his character!
needs one so bad...his joke doesn't even make any sense now since they removed his silence. And he needs some interactions with his daughter

yea, some voice overs are really needed, espacially for Miss Fortune... She says always the same every 2 seconds and i really cant hear it anymore. She has like 4 quotes and yea. While Aatrox could just tell u a lifetime story .-. And Annie, Veigar, Draven, Varus needs one too, i think... 
Eh. I didn't mind it when they didn't updaze Vayme's VO when her legendary Project Skin was released. Because I'd rather give her or any champion both visual and vocal update at once because I don't see the point of doing one while leaving another behind and undone.
I think its dumb that Fiora got a whole vgu, kit, model but no recall or voice. Not even an animation on her E either.
I am totally for Riot going through all the champs from 2011-2013 going by a case by case basis, look at champs that are beloved and have healthy kits and just give them VUs because they are never going to get a VGU. Start a sixth champion team and dedicate it to champs like 
and more....
Just update their voices, models and animations without touching their kits. Keep up the current cycle of overhauling unhealthy champs or pre-2012 champswith full blown VGU and makeing new champs but also look into the back catalog.
There's no reason for us to wait until 2025 for Darius to get a new paintjob
