Riven is one of the most popular champion to OTP and is played in all sorts of elo. Her Dawnbringer skin is imo the best skin Riot released. But, I think her basic skin needs a visual update... the animations for her joke, her dance, and her taunt are all one line and is very boring. Especially her recall, it's literally just her raising her sword and that's it. I just want her to have more lines and a better recall animation... that is all.

This argument can be made for half the roster. A lot need it more than her too.
It'll be a while before that can happen... there are some champs who are way worse for wear than Riven in terms of visuals.(though I do agree with you)
