I am considering buying the skin because of how epic the Splashart looks.

I've based some of my purchases on splash arts. Sometimes the art is so good you want to see it in every loading screen. The skin itself is really nice and flashy. Also, it's an MSI only skin, meaning you'll only ever be able to buy it at this time of the year, unless you're lucky to score a shard in a loot box later down the year.

Personal preferences, I'm an Arclight boy myself. Arctic Ops and the D&D one are good too.

Well the splash is 50% of the skin/champ. But I guess it is. It looks as if it is his best skin but idk I don't play him but I guess the only other good skin is Arclight... Because granades for the W passive effect on Artic ops it's just ridiculous.

All personal preference, do you enjoy the game still despite all that's happened? If so, feel free to support Riot. I myself am not touching another RP purchase till they get their priorities straight, which at this rate will be never.
