You can say that for like hundred of fanmade splash arts but what's the point in asking this since you know that its fanmade
That is done by Stanley Lau (Artgerm). their work is pretty neat but the style is different from Riot art. that wouldn't work,besides Riot art team is doing a great job themselves (which i personally prefer over Artgerm style) Janna might just need a splash update later.
